Awareness and sensitization of women, youth and adolescent girls in 50 villages of Thirumangalam, Usilampatty & Chellampatty Blocks of Madurai District.
More than 3000 women Self Help Group Members have emerged from 50 villages.
Around 400 cases (Legal & Rights) were dealt satisfactorily. 300 families benefited out of it.
2000 families benefited through the legal aid Camp activities
3000 women raised their savings to a tune of Rs.25 lakhs.
Internal lending among the group members - Rs. 21 lakhs
More than 500 Adolescent Girls were equipped with employable and entrepreneurial skills through tailoring, computer and other micro enterprises.
More than 500 children were enrolled through enrollment campaigns.
More than 20 villages were covered through awareness programmes on Human Rights and Legal Literacy programmes.
2800 students of Usilampatty Educational District were engaged in environment protection and promotional activities.
More than 300 women micro entrepreneurs have emerged from 50 villages.
