we are started the National Urban Livelihoods Missions (NULM) Project on Theni District On July 1st 2015. The purpose of NULM is to reduced the poverty and vulnerability of the urban poor household people to access self employment and skilled wages employment opportunities. the government has given the loan for Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana. They give 7% subsidy, in every individuals got the loan for RS.10,000/- to Theni municipality. The GPMS (Gramma Pengal Munnetra Sangam) was 3 years agreement to sign and successfully organized for 1000 families for till now.
